We are looking for a highly organized Program Coordinator with a strong attention to detail. You should be comfortable with multitasking and working well with many different teams, as this position involves a wide variety of tasks.

Knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budgeting is necessary, as you will be maintaining our program budget and tracking expenses. We would like applicants to have previous experience using scheduling software, so that you can maintain our agenda and schedule meetings and events as needed. Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities are a must, since you will be managing our social media communications.

Our ideal candidate will have previous work experience as a Program Coordinator. Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration will be given priority, but we require at least a high school diploma or GED.

Program Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Support program planning and coordination of activities
