Use this interview acceptance email template to accept the interview date and time that has been arranged with the applicant.
After inviting an applicant to schedule an interview, it is important to send an acceptance email that confirms all of the relevant information regarding the interview. Both parties need to be sure they have the correct date, time, and location for the interview in order to show up. If you have been emailing back and forth to schedule a time, sending an acceptance email is essential. This should be sent after agreeing on an acceptable time. If the interview is scheduled far in advance, send an interview confirmation email as well just a few days before the scheduled interview.
