Use this interview invitation email template to invite a candidate to come in for an in-person interview.
Make it clear in your subject line that the candidate should open the email as soon as they can. Your interview invitation email should include:
- The company name and job title position the applicant applied for
- A suggested date and time, or a date range or time range of acceptable options
- Where the interview will take place, including the address
- Who will be interviewing the candidate
- If anything needs to be brought to the interview
- The expected length of the interview

We expect the interview to last approximately [number, eg 30] minutes. You will be able to ask any questions you have about the hiring process, the job, and our company.
